Silly immune system.

My immune system is basically made of fail. I had strep throat earlier this week, and got on medication so it would go away. It did go away, but now it is back… sort of. My glands are sore or swollen again, which is very distressful seeing as I have Alice in two weeks. Ive been gurgling salt water and taking Tylenol… its sort of working. Still, I worry sometimes, whenever I get sick I end up having the worst circumstances. This doesn’t make my surgery prospects look so good.

Well, on the Pokemon front its going well. My Budew finally evolved into a Roselia! Now I just need to get my Chingling to evolve. This whole happiness evolution thing is strange to me… I like the old school ways of simply level up evolution.

Isn’t she lovely! Anyways, I have also been making quite a few icons… Ill be posting all of them at my icon journal, but here is a few of my favorites!

Anyways, yay icons. I’ve been having so much fun making them! Anyways, I need to go finish reading Mountains Beyond Mountains… silly Political Science reading… although it really is a good book.

Numero Uno

Well. I have been craving a blog lately, or even just a plain old written journal… and I decided a weblog would be the most fun. WordPress is nice, I got to make my own banner and put it into the layout easily… I cant say that for livejournal (stupid…).

Im sitting here in my Hello Kitty robe watching my little brother, Thomas, play Final Fantasy XII. Not only is this my game, he is also using my PS2. He does have his own, mind you. But I dont really mind, its quite entertaining watching him get farther and farther past my file. He really is very good at video games, despite being 8. He even managed to impress Brit and Mel last night by showing them all those nifty quickenings… they really are cool looking.

So, Ive been going through a Pokemon phase lately, which explains the banner I made for this blog. I started playing Green again when I was sick earlier this week, and I just couldnt stop. Then I researched Diamond, and when I found out you could trade using wifi, it was a done deal. I went out and bought it used (along with Jak&Daxter, lsot my old one… got it for 5$!) and Ive been playing it obsessively. I didnt think I would like the new Pokemon very much, Im into the old school 150… but I have found some I am quite fond of. I caught a Chingling… its a little bell-like Pokemon, and it is absolutely adorable!

Anyways, I hung out with Mel&Brit yesterday for the whole day. We took a bunch of glorious photos… Ill have to post some of those on here for my own pleasure…
